RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We accept returns on unused items in original condition and packaging. Please note, return shipping is arranged by the customer and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
If you have received your order and wish to return it, items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. To request a return, please contact us at hello@kiaracosmetics.co.nz. Returns are required to be arranged by the customer, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to organise return shipping on your behalf. Once your return has been received and approved in saleable condition: Orders that qualified for free shipping will have a $20 NZD shipping & handling fee deducted from the refund. If shipping was paid at checkout, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
EXCHANGES
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened RevitaLash Cosmetics products unless the item is deemed faulty. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
PERFECTLY IMPERFECT ITEMS
Items sold as perfectly imperfect are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange unless the product inside the packaging is deemed faulty.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
If your item is faulty upon arrival, please contact us at hello@kiaracosmetics.co.nz within 14 calendar days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment, or a replacement item will be sent.
DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING
Any damage in transit must be reported within 5 business days of delivery so we can lodge this with the courier. Please take photo's and retain all original packaging, as this may be required for assessment.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-delivery fee of $20 NZD will apply.
REACTIONS
While our products are trusted by millions globally, individual sensitivities can occasionally occur, as with any cosmetic. If you believe you have experienced a reaction, discontinue use. Where possible, take a photograph and contact us at hello@kiaracosmetics.co.nz.
Please Note:
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns, particularly for items over $75. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item and are not responsible for items lost in transit. Delivery timeframes for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
